Where We Ship

West Coast Country Boy ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Rates

• 1 hat: $2.99 standard shipping
• 2 or more hats: Free shipping

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders ship within 24 hours of being placed (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location and the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at shane@itschelon.com.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery of the package to the carrier. West Coast Country Boy is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If your package is missing or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. For shipping damage visible upon delivery, see our Return and Refund Policy for additional steps you can take.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
